We can never predict when a small gesture can trigger a big reaction within an organization. For Cashco, the world changed slightly on May 17, 2017. That day, Cashco received a letter addressed “To Whom It May Concern,” from a customer named Menkia. Menkia wanted to thank the entire team for finally feeling heard and respected by a banking institution. Her brighter future became part of Cashco’s story.
